Seven16 Activator
How it works

From survey response to sales action.

Seven16 Activator combines vertical-specific surveys with server-side scoring, agent follow-up briefs, activation stages, and stuck detection. Here is the workflow end-to-end.

  1. Choose the vertical survey.

Select the survey that matches the prospect's business: trucking, restaurant/food service, or HVAC/mechanical contracting. The vertical determines the questions, the scoring, and the agent follow-up brief.

  2. Send the agent-branded link.

Share the survey by email, text, LinkedIn message, QR code, agency website, referral follow-up, or renewal campaign. Each agent has their own slug so completed responses route back to the correct producer.

  3. The prospect answers 7 practical questions.

The questions are written in plain business language — no insurance jargon. They focus on operation type, coverage concerns, loss history, pain point, and urgency. Most prospects complete the survey in about three minutes.

  4. Seven16 Activator scores the response.

Server-side scoring evaluates coverage risk, buyer intent, fit, and lead priority. No client-side scoring, no generic single-score reduction. The composite lead priority score drives follow-up urgency.

  5. The agent receives a follow-up brief.

The brief surfaces the prospect's result tier, pain point, urgency, top signals, likely opening angle, recommended discovery questions, and the next recommended action. The agent opens the call with the conversation the prospect actually wants to have.

  6. The prospect moves through activation stages.

Survey sent → started → completed → result generated → agent notified → agent contacted → review booked → review showed → quote requested → quote delivered → bound, lost, or nurture → testimonial candidate. Every stage transition is recorded.

  7. The dashboard shows what is working.

Agents see hot prospects, follow-up needed, booked reviews, and bound opportunities. Agency leaders and wholesalers see adoption, response speed, conversion rates, and stuck opportunities. The pipeline becomes measurable.

What each role sees

One workflow, four perspectives.

Prospect

A 3-minute coverage checkup that produces a useful result — not a quote request, not an application, not a coverage determination.

Retail agent

Pre-call intelligence + a structured follow-up brief + activation visibility on every prospect they have a survey link out to.

Agency principal

Visibility into which producers are sending surveys, which prospects are converting, where the funnel is breaking, and which agents may need coaching.

Wholesaler / MGA

Appointed-agent activation: vertical-specific surveys for your agents, adoption tracking, and visibility into which agents are turning interest into bindable submissions.

Stuck detection

The pipeline tells you where it is breaking.

When activation stages stall, Seven16 Activator surfaces the stuck opportunities — so producers, agency leaders, and wholesalers can intervene before the prospect goes dark.

  • Stuck signalHot prospect completed a survey but agent has not contacted them within 24 hours.
  • Stuck signalProspect contacted but no review booked after 5 days.
  • Stuck signalReview booked but show status not updated past the scheduled date.
  • Stuck signalQuote requested but no quote delivered after 7 days.
  • Stuck signalAgent has 10+ completed surveys but zero booked reviews — coaching flag.
